I spent a couple of weeks looking for an air conditioning company with good reviews to install a single unit in my elderly mother's home. I wasn't disappointed with my choice. From the first phone conversation to the finished project Hertfordshire Air Conditioning were outstanding, Ken was so helpful and informative and gave us all the time we needed to make our minds up and Darren and Sam the engineers were polite, friendly and very tidy!!! We were also put in contact with Dave and Adam from Luton Electrical Services Ltd to prepare the electrics for the units, again they were super friendly and tidy. Great company. Really responsive to all my calls and questions concerning my HVAC system and provided an engineer quickly to investigate and repair fault on the chiller. Engineer was on time and really quickly diagnosed the issue and had the chiller up and running in less than 30 minutes. The continued to further test the system and ensure everything working as it should. The engineer was very knowledgeable about the system which shows they listened to my needs and sent the right person and not what some other companies do which is send anybody along and hope for the best. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

After receiving a surprisingly expensive quote from a competitor, I got in touch with Bedfordshire Air Conditioning after reading the many other positive reviews here.

Ken provided excellent service, first offering an indicative price based on the information I was able to provide, followed up by an in-person survey where Ken took the time to understand our requirements and had some excellent suggestions for best placement of the various units. The finalised quote was very reasonably priced, and I felt confident in proceeding.

The installation did have to be delayed a week, but we were given plenty of notice. These things happen. What's important is how such things are handled, and this was handled well.

The installation was very professional. Everything is neat and tidy. The chaps were knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

The system is very effective, installed just in time for a week-long heatwave! I've been surprised how efficient it is.
